Raised in rural Alaska in close relationship with the natural world, she developed an early reverence for the intelligence of plants, an awareness that continues to guide her work today.

For three decades, her studies in plant medicine have taken her across the globe, weaving together Buddhist and Western herbalism, energetic healing arts, and meditation practice. A Reiki practitioner, Akashic Records reader, and intuitive massage therapist, Julie sees herself as a steward of the botanical kingdom and has devoted her life to being in service to the plants.
