After cleansing, apply toner with an organic cotton pad, wiping in an upward motion over the face and neck. Toner removes residual soap, makeup and other impurities while replenishing the skin. Follow with mist, serum or face oil and cream. May be used anytime as a quick, light cleanser. Shake well before using. Avoid eye contact.
