Shower for 15 seconds to get the body wet, turn off the water, then apply and scrub entire body from the neck down and rinse. You can also work in sections and rinse in between. For example: scrub arms and chest then rinse, scrub abdomen and gluteal area and rinse, continue down the body covering all areas. Repeat once per week. Follow with body lotion or body serum oil.
Avoid eye contact. Not for use on the face.
