Colorado Mint & Wheatgrass Invigorating Soap Bar:
A. Rub bar of soap with a wet a washcloth, loofah or sponge to work up lather then gently massage on the face & body and rinse. This can be done at the sink or in the bath or shower.
B. Lather up soap between hands, with running water, and apply over desired areas and rinse.
C. Hand cleansing: use warm/hot water, rub bar between hands to make lather, rub suds all over fingers, hands and wrists for at least 20 seconds, then rinse.
Follow with face, hand or body lotions & oils as needed.
Avoid eye contact.
Arnica & Frankincense Soothing Face Cream 0.5 oz

Apply cream after washing or toning skin. To enhance hydration or boost benefits, apply over serum, face oil or mist. See suggestions below. Avoid eye contact.

Wild Arnica & Turmeric Hand & Body Lotion 2 oz.

Apply to hands, feet and body as needed. Excellent for stiff joints, overused muscles, neck kinks and massage. May be applied before or after activities or long work days. Do not apply on open wounds or mucus membranes. Avoid eye contact.

Home Spa: At the end of the day, apply to hands or feet and rest for a moment with a cup of turmeric tea. Eye pillow optional.
