Apply a small amount to the effected area as needed. This is a concentrated formula so a little bit goes a long way. Experimentation is encouraged.

To replenish ultra dry areas, apply like a body butter and leave on.
For dry, overworked hands, apply to the whole hand before bed and wear cotton gloves over the balm while sleeping. Do the same application for dry, tired, overworked feet and wear cotton socks over the balm while sleeping.
